When we receive your application, we will conduct a preliminary visit to your website in order to evaluate your website whether it has fulfilled all of the mandatory requirements for an award application.

We will notify all qualifying applicants with the results of their evaluations. If you do not receive a qualifying notice from us, please read the criteria again to ensure your website have fulfilled all of the mandatory requirements. We will offer suggestions for improvement only if it is requested.

Next, we will conduct numerous visit to your website within two to four weeks to evaluate your site according to the criteria underlying for each type of awards. We will first evaluate your site for the Excellent Award, we will then proceed to evaluate your site for next higher stage award and so on. Basically, we need more time to evaluate a higher quality site, with higher probability that higher stage of Award will be granted.

All applicants will receive official winner's notification by email. You will receive notification via email on the category of award you have won as well as your personalised Award attached in the email.

Anyone who disqualified or received an award less than Diamond may resubmit their site for an award upgrade after 90 days from the day you received notification from us. Please be ensured that you have significantly improved your site before resubmit. Applicants not adhering to the 90 day limit will not have their sites evaluated for an award and will have to reapply at a later date as instructed by us. Please note that no correspondence will be entered into for not winning one of the Awards and the 90 days limit regard.
