The following applies when you choose to apply the Malaysia Web Award and if your website has been granted the Malaysia Web Award. Any infractions of the following rules after your award is issued will result in the award being revoked including the removal of all rights as an award winner:

1. You agree that you will display and maintain the award graphic on your website and link it as the instructions contained in the official winner's notification within 21 days from the day you received it.
   

2. You will not, in any manner, alter any graphic supplied by Malaysia Web Award without written authorisation.
   

3. You agree that you may not post this award on any other website or location other than the one specified in your application form.
   

4. You agree to keep your website maintained to the standards under which you have submitted your site.
   

5. You agree that while we maintain your site link and description in the Winner's List, you will not link or add any undesired content as described in our criteria.
   

6. You agree to notify this website of any changes to your site location (URL).
   

7. You will read the criteria and this disclaimer carefully and only apply if your site meets the mandatory requirements.
   

8. In the event of dispute, you will contact us via e-mail and give us the details of your dispute prior to any other action and will not publicly air the dispute.
   

9. By submitting for an application to Malaysia Web Award, you are giving us permission to contact you via your email address with occasional offers and our newsletter.
